Tiffany and Matt Renfro simply found us through the internet as they liked the work we had online from their venue, the Boston Four Seasons Hotel. They are quiet and sweet couple, but they have surrounded themselves with a great group of friends and family which is evident in this highlight film. This Boston wedding video was held exclusively at the Four Seasons with the ceremony in the Governor’s Room and the reception in the main ballroom.

The highlight film is supported strongly by the heartfelt speech from Tiffany’s Dad, Ralph Silva. One of things listed on our Top Ten Things to Make Your Wedding Film Better is to have the Father of the Bride give a welcome toast, and this wedding film is a great example of why that is such a good idea. Ralph talks about being the protective father that never thought there might be a guy good enough for his little girl. Well, that was until Matt Renfro came along. The details, flowers, lighting, the beautiful Oakleaf-designed cake, right down to Tiffany’s Badgley Mischka shoes were so well put together as this wedding screamed stunning elegance.

Take a four-minute ride through our latest Boston wedding video as we worked alongside some of the best vendors in the city, including photographers Jill and Lauren from Person + Killian Photography. The Wilson Stevens band Eye 2 Eye could have been the best band we have ever worked with, as they packed the dance floor all night long and handled the often over-looked Emcee duties with energy and professionalism.

To say this couple has personality would be the understatement of the year. Tara and Matt are two people who just know how to make each other laugh and they bring out the best in each other and everyone around them. Matt was so good, he even made Tara laugh out loud before touching her heart in the same sentence. As for John Fleming, Tara’s Dad, he has hit the jackpot with three beautiful daughters and now three great son-in-laws. The bittersweet part of this wedding was that Tara is the last Fleming daughter to be married, which ends our run of Boston wedding videos with this family.

Tara got her wish for some winter snow as a coating of fresh powder fell in the overnight hours of her wedding day. Tara’s favorite holiday is Christmas, which is easy to see in this wedding film and the obvious theme of the day. This wedding trailer film is only the tip of the iceberg, as personalized vows, an emotional gift exchange, a fun photo session and an energetic reception, including a visit from Santa Claus himself, will make this an unbelievable feature film for the Smiths. Tara and Matt also get extra credit because they understood the importance of filming their wedding day and made it a priority during the planning process. They will have great memories to share for a lifetime. Will you? #Flithsbecomesmiths2013

The support for wedding videography / cinematography continues to grow with more and more people inside and outside of the wedding industry realizing the value of a quality wedding video. The most recent article to be released comes from the Huffington Post, which states three reasons why you should budget for a wedding videographer. You can view the article HERE. One reason that they give is that cinematographers will capture what you didn’t see. I love that the Huffington Post spotlights this quality, as we take pride in capturing family and friend reactions to the vows, first dance and other moments throughout the day that our couples will miss due to being “in the moment”.

In the coming months, we will be releasing a new “about us” film that will tell what our Boston wedding videos are all about. This weekend, we will be shooting a wedding film for Tara Fleming, who is the third of three daughters in the Fleming family to get married. We are ecstatic to share in another wedding day with the Flemings, as I feel like we have become a part of their family. Last week, Tara’s sister Stephanie and her husband Mike sat down to tell us about the value of their wedding film from JPod Productions. This quick snippet will be a part of our larger production that will be released in 2014. It helps explain the importance of budgeting for a quality Boston wedding video for you wedding.
