As Boston wedding videographers, we teamed with Ashley to provide weekly video fitness tips to help our brides and others get in the best shape possible for their wedding day.
The months before a wedding can be very busy with wedding appointments, checklists to finish, and late nights at work. Therefore, this week we address what you can do when you are too busy to get to the gym or your favorite group activity. Ashley has a a bunch of great exercises that can easily be done at home to keep your wedding fitness routine on track. You do not need much equipment to still get in an awesome workout!
