This week’s tip will probably benefit most brides on their honeymoon as much as it will on their wedding day. Everyone wants to have awesome, six-pack abs, but how do we get there? First of all, great abs do not come without the correct diet and that can not be emphasized enough. Once that is in place, Ashley has a variety of great exercises to target all areas of your core.
The months before a wedding can be very busy with wedding appointments, checklists to finish, and late nights at work. Therefore, this week we address what you can do when you are too busy to get to the gym or your favorite group activity.
