There are certain couples that just compliment each other so well. With Zach and Chris, you have an outgoing personality and a quiet personality. A doctor and a banker. A runner and a weight lifter. But when you see them together, it is so obvious how well they balance each other out. They bring out the best in each other and I absolutely love that about these two in our latest Boston Wedding Film.

Zach and Chris were married on a beautiful November evening at the Boston Public Library in Copley Square. The romantic night time setting was one that was as sweet as these two are when they are together. The couple got ready at the Boston Fairmont Copley Plaza and did photos prior to the ceremony in and around the city at locations that were special to the couple. One of those spots was the Trophy Room where the couple first met. At that location, we were also able to meet their lovable yellow Labrador Ezra, as Zach and Chris took some photos with him. It also let us tie in one of the readings from the ceremony, which was entitled, “How Falling in Love is Like Owning a Dog”.

The reception included some heartfelt speeches that truly showed the family’s support for this same-sex couple. Zach and Chris were married during the Mannequin Challenge-phase of 2016 and they included one in their reception as everyone in their wedding party struck a pose. We also worked with some of our favorite wedding professionals including Jill for Person and Killian Photography and the Eye 2 Eye Band from Wilson Stevens Productions. Enjoy out latest Boston Wedding Film!

Zach and Chris’ Boston wedding film was the third wedding overall and the second this year that we have filmed for the Renfro family. For Zach and Chris, opposites definitely attract in many ways. Zach is outgoing, while Chris is more reserved. Zach runs, Chris lifts weights. Zach is a doctor, Chris is a lawyer. But together, these two are an unstoppable force of love and dedication to one another.

Zach and Chris started their day with preparations at the Fairmont Copley, and their exchange of gifts was a cool way to begin the day. It was evident at this point what a great connection these two had with one another. A first look outside on Copley Square, right near the Fairmont Copley was a second sweet moment early in this wedding day. Next, the couple travelled the city by trolley for a photo session that brought us to many of their favorite locations. It was during this time, we got to meet their first child Ezra, who is a young, energetic yellow Labrador retriever. After a brilliant early night photo session on iconic Acorn Street, we headed to the Boston Public Library for a sophisticated ceremony and reception.

We were fortunate to be surrounded by an all-star team of wedding professionals including Jill Person from Person + Killian Photography, Eye 2 Eye of Wilson Stevens Productions, Winston Flowers, A Catered Affair and Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting Design. It was the second time we got to work with one of our former brides and wedding planner Kate Evans of Kate Evens Events. She kept the whole day running extremely smoothly, while Suzanne and the Catered Affair staff turned the library into a elegantly designed space. Enjoy our latest Boston Wedding Film from the city’s Back Bay.

On February 18th, we spent a snowy afternoon with the International Special Events Society’s (ISES) New England Chapter for their monthly meeting at Legal Harborside in the Seaport District of Boston. It was a seafood lovers dream of a meeting with shrimp cocktail, oysters, sushi, and clam chowder on the luncheon menu.

The featured speaker of the day was Roger Berkowitz, President & CEO of Legal Sea Foods. His presentation entitled “Building Your Brand” focused on how Legal Sea Foods has marketed creatively over the past decade to attract younger customers. Within that time, the company has had to adjust their strategies based on consumer reaction to their advertising campaigns, as well as to what was discovered through their market research. Mr. Berkowitz gave plenty of real life samples that kept the presentation informational and enjoyable.

The following highlight video is a quick glimpse into both the social and informational opportunities that ISES presents each month to its members. Sponsors of the meeting included Legal Harborside, Art of the Event, Inc., Black Thumb Studio, Brookline Ice Company, Entertainment Specialists, Gateway ProductionsJPod Productions, Peterson Party Center, and Winston Flowers.

Tiffany and Matt Renfro simply found us through the internet as they liked the work we had online from their venue, the Boston Four Seasons Hotel. They are quiet and sweet couple, but they have surrounded themselves with a great group of friends and family which is evident in this highlight film. This Boston wedding video was held exclusively at the Four Seasons with the ceremony in the Governor’s Room and the reception in the main ballroom.

The highlight film is supported strongly by the heartfelt speech from Tiffany’s Dad, Ralph Silva. One of things listed on our Top Ten Things to Make Your Wedding Film Better is to have the Father of the Bride give a welcome toast, and this wedding film is a great example of why that is such a good idea. Ralph talks about being the protective father that never thought there might be a guy good enough for his little girl. Well, that was until Matt Renfro came along. The details, flowers, lighting, the beautiful Oakleaf-designed cake, right down to Tiffany’s Badgley Mischka shoes were so well put together as this wedding screamed stunning elegance.

Take a four-minute ride through our latest Boston wedding video as we worked alongside some of the best vendors in the city, including photographers Jill and Lauren from Person + Killian Photography. The Wilson Stevens band Eye 2 Eye could have been the best band we have ever worked with, as they packed the dance floor all night long and handled the often over-looked Emcee duties with energy and professionalism.
